5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 working days, and outside Dhaka 2–4 working days, depending on location and courier service.
Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances like weather, traffic, or national holidays.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are advised to check their product during delivery. Returns are accepted only upon delivery by paying the delivery charge, if the product does not meet expectations.
Customized or hygiene-related items are non-returnable.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery through Facebook Messenger or our customer support number.
