Please check your product in presence of the delivery person and inform us immediately if any issue is found.
You can only return the product at the time of delivery by paying the delivery charge, if it does not meet your expectations.

🔸 Customized or specially made products (e.g., personalized items, hygiene-related goods) are not eligible for return.
🔸 The product must be unused and in its original packaging at the time of return.

 

* Exchange Policy

If you couldn’t check the product during delivery, you can still request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please contact us via Facebook Messenger or call our support number with your order details.

Once approved, kindly pack the product as received, and our delivery partner will facilitate the exchange upon delivery of the new item.
